Hydraulic Rotary Rig

Soilmec rigs are self-mounting, easily transportable and designed to giving the best drilling solutions.
The hydraulic drilling rig SR-40 has been specially designed for suiting the following applications:

LDP cased bore piles with casing driven directly by rotary head or optionally by casing oscillator powered by the base carrier itself;
LDP deep uncased bored piles stabilized by drilling fluid or dry hole;
CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piles by means of long auger string;

Hydraulic Impact Hammer

Hydraulic impact hammers and especially the ones of PVE can easily be controlled in drop height and therefore the contractor is able to control the energy and blow rate. Starting up the conventional diesel hammer is depending on the soil conditions. The fact that a diesel hammer only has two positions to start from: full fuel and half makes it a hammer which is difficult to start/control which can lead to unsafe situations. It can also cause an economical loss like a damaged pile.


In this project JCB model is hydraulically operated and controlled by the movement filled with some fluid. It consists of various parts connected to each other in a pre-designed manner which are guided in a constrained way to obtain required output. The principle of the working of the hydraulic JCB is PASCAL’s LAW. This law states that when a pressure is applied at one point of a fluid contained in a constrained volume, then the pressure due to that force is equally transmitted to all the points of the fluid, which are acted upon by the same pressure. Using the same principle, we applied pressure to fluid in syringe which is transmitted to other end of tube which is connected to a syringe. The operation of the JCB arm is controlled by the pressure of the fluid. Hence, this project is useful from both the perspectives that are theoretical as well as practical.

Transit Mixer

Transit Mixers enable flexibility to have medium quantity of concrete to be produced on site very close to its application point. These are special concrete transport trucks that maintain the materials in liquid state through rotation of drum until delivery.

Batching Plant

A concrete plant can have a variety of parts and accessories, including but not limited to: mixers, cement batchers, aggregate batchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins, cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls, and dust collectors.

Heavy duty transmission developed specially for crane application. Sliding Mesh, spur teeth gearbox. Six forward and two reverse speeds with high and low selector lever. Travel Speed 25 Kmph - restricted as per safety norms (without load)

Clutch :-Single plate, heavy duty dry friction type clutch plate especially designed for crane application.
